I knew from an early age that I wanted to be an architect. I had a desire to understand how things were engineered or put together and I loved to draw. As early as high school, I centered my electives around architecture-type classes. I never wanted to be anything else. Throughout my career, I’ve always valued personal relationships and sought opportunities to not only learn and grow myself, but also to help others develop. As the Practice Leader for Architecture with Array, I work to strengthen our project architects through mentoring and giving them the tools they need to grow in their career.
